November 21, 2016 - Featured Post, News, Operations

BOSTON, MA – MetroAir will operate Santa Flights to Lapland, Finland, home to numerous winter resorts and often referred to as the “North Pole”, throughout the month of December. Winter activities include skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, reindeer sleigh rides, meet and greets with Santa, and many others that have made Lapland a popular winter destination for years.

Traditionally only accessible from Europe, MetroAir will be the first US airline to offer flights to Lapland, consisting of once weekly flights to Rovaniemi, Ivalo, and Kittilä from Boston-Logan International Airport. The flights will be operated by Boeing 757 aircraft.
